MosierData ("we", "our", or "us") operates the ROI Insights platform (the "Service"). This Privacy Policy informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal and business data when you use our Service, and the choices you have associated with that data.
By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.
1. Information We Collect
We collect several different types of information for various purposes to provide and improve our Service to you.

When you register for an account, we may ask you to provide certain personally identifiable information, including but not limited to:
- Email address
- First name and last name
- Phone number
- Business name and website URL
- Payment and billing information (processed securely by our third-party payment processors)
1.2. Third-Party Integration Data
The core functionality of ROI Insights relies on connecting to third-party platforms. When you authorize these connections, we collect and process data from these sources on your behalf. This includes:
- Google Analytics (GA4): Traffic metrics, user behavior, and conversion events.
- Google Search Console (GSC): Search queries, impressions, and click data.
- Google Business Profile (GBP): Local search interactions, reviews, and profile views.
- Google Ads, Meta Ads & Other Ad Platforms: Campaign performance, spend data, search terms, and ad copy.
- Call Tracking Software (e.g., WhatConverts, Avidtrak, GoHighlevel): Call metadata, lead source attribution, and optionally, call recordings or transcripts if enabled by your configuration.
Note: All data ingested from these platforms is scoped strictly at the client level. We do not aggregate your data with other companies' data, nor do we share your specific performance metrics across different accounts.
1.3. Usage Data
We may also collect information on how the Service is accessed and used. This Usage Data may include information such as your computer's Internet Protocol address (e.g., IP address), browser type, browser version, the pages of our Service that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages, unique device identifiers, and other diagnostic data.
2. How We Use Your Data
MosierData uses the collected data for various purposes:
- To provide, operate, and maintain the Service.
- To generate the AI-driven Executive Summaries, Insights, and Ads Advisor alerts that form the core value of the product.
- To notify you about changes to our Service.
- To provide customer support and technical assistance (including the Assisted Setup service).
- To monitor the usage of the Service and detect, prevent, and address technical issues.
- To process payments and manage your subscription.
3. Data Processing and Artificial Intelligence
ROI Insights utilizes Artificial Intelligence (AI) to analyze your marketing data and generate actionable insights.
- Data Transmission: To generate these insights, subsets of your aggregated marketing data (e.g., weekly performance metrics, ad spend anomalies) are securely transmitted to our AI processing partners (such as OpenAI or Anthropic via API).
- Data Protection: We only transmit the data necessary to generate the specific insights. We have agreements in place with our AI providers ensuring that your data is not used to train their public models. Your data remains confidential and is used solely to generate the output displayed in your specific dashboard.
4. Data Sharing and Disclosure
We do not sell your personal or business data to third parties. We may share your data in the following limited circumstances:
- Service Providers: We may employ third-party companies and individuals to facilitate our Service (e.g., payment processors, hosting providers, AI API providers). These third parties have access to your data only to perform these tasks on our behalf and are obligated not to disclose or use it for any other purpose.
- Legal Requirements: We may disclose your data if required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities (e.g., a court or a government agency).
- Business Transfers: If MosierData is involved in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, your data may be transferred. We will provide notice before your data is transferred and becomes subject to a different Privacy Policy.
5. Data Retention
We will retain your Account Data for as long as your account is active. Regarding Third-Party Integration Data, we typically backfill up to 60 days of historical data upon connection and retain ongoing data indefinitely while your subscription remains active. If you cancel your subscription, we will retain your data for a standard grace period (typically 30 days) to allow for account reactivation, after which your specific integration data will be permanently deleted from our active databases.
6. Security of Data
The security of your data is important to us. We use commercially acceptable means, including encryption and secure server infrastructure, to protect your personal and business data. However, remember that no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your data, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
7. Your Data Protection Rights
Depending on your location, you may have certain data protection rights (such as under the GDPR or CCPA). These may include the right to:
- Access, update, or delete the information we have on you.
- Restrict or object to our processing of your data.
- Request a copy of your data in a structured, machine-readable format (Data Portability).
To exercise any of these rights, please contact us. Please note that deleting certain data or revoking integration access will fundamentally degrade or disable the functionality of the ROI Insights dashboard.

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date at the top. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes.
