Do I need to authenticate with Google?

Accepted Answer

Yes. To pull your data into our central system, you will need to authenticate your Google accounts (Google Analytics 4, Google Ads, Google Search Console, and Google Business Profile). We make this easy like most sites you use everyday. If you need to regain access to any accounts, we do offer account recovery or re-establishment assistance for a fee.

Do you support Facebook and other platforms beyond Google?

Accepted Answer

Not yet, but it's coming. Meta, LinkedIn, and Nextdoor are all on the roadmap. We're starting with Google because that's where most of our clients are spending the most money and where the attribution gaps hurt the most. Other platforms will follow.

Question 5

Is this just an AI agency without calling itself an agency?

Accepted Answer

No. ROI Insights is strictly a measurement tool. It doesn't run your campaigns, manage your ads, or replace your agency. It holds everything accountable, including your agency. As AI becomes more common in agency operations, the outputs vary a lot depending on who's using it and how well they know their craft. We don't take over. We just make sure you always have an accurate, independent picture of what's actually happening so you're never relying solely on someone else's report.

How is my data stored, and do you share it?

Your data is securely pulled daily and stored in our custom, per-client database. We never share your data with third parties. Furthermore, because we only read data from your accounts, you always retain ultimate ownership of your data.

You say I own everything. What does that actually mean in practice?

Accepted Answer

It means exactly what it sounds like. During onboarding you connect your own Google account. That's how we access your Analytics, Search Console, Google Business Profile, and Google Ads data. Everything is built inside accounts you already own and control. If you're on our growth or omni-channel program, we'll also help you set up WhatConverts or connect your Go High Level account for call tracking. If you don't have call tracking at all, we set it up in an account that belongs to you. One of our core philosophies is that we never hold your data hostage. If something isn't working out, you walk away with everything intact. We make that easy on purpose.

What happens if I cancel? Do I lose my data?

No. We do not hold your data hostage. Every analytics account, tracking number, and piece of code we install is in your name and in your accounts. If you ever leave, you keep all of it.

Do you track phone calls, or just web forms?

We track everything. We provision dedicated phone numbers that dynamically swap on your website. We can tell you exactly which ad or keyword made the phone ring, and we provide call recording and AI transcription so you can review lead quality.

Explain the logic of the Summary, Risk Factors, and Opportunities.

Every week, our AI system acts as your fractional Chief Marketing Officer. It analyzes your entire data payload from the most recent full week versus the prior week. It then generates a plain-English Summary of performance, flags Risk Factors (like spiking costs or missed calls), and highlights Opportunities for growth.

What if I need more detail on a specific insight?

Accepted Answer

Your retainer includes business-hours ad hoc support. If the AI flags a drop in conversion rate or a specific wasted search term, you can email or text your dedicated analyst for a deeper explanation or a quick data pull.

If there's a way to bring it down, we'll help you find it. ROI Insights shows you exactly which channels, campaigns, and keywords are driving your cost per lead up and which ones are performing efficiently. That clarity is usually the first step toward fixing it.

Is Ads Advisor a PPC management program?

Accepted Answer

No. Think of it more like a monitoring station for your Google Ads account. It watches for the things that should always be watched but usually aren't: disapproved ads, broken links, spending anomalies from Google's automated changes, and keyword conflicts where a targeted keyword and a negative keyword are fighting each other and driving your costs up. These are standard parts of a well-managed account. Ads Advisor makes sure nothing slips through between your regular check-ins.

What is the difference between Sessions and Active Users?

A "Session" is a single visit to your website. An "Active User" is a unique person who engaged with your site. One Active User can have multiple Sessions if they visit your site several times.

How do you track offline marketing like direct mail, yard signs, or billboards?

Accepted Answer

Two ways. If we can put a QR code on it, we build a tracked link with UTM parameters so every scan is attributed back to that piece. If it's something like a radio or TV ad where a QR code doesn't make sense, we set up a branded redirect domain that forwards to your landing page with all the tracking parameters already in place. Either way, nothing falls through the cracks.

What does "wiring up your entire marketing operation" actually mean?

It means setting things up so they can actually be measured. Most businesses are running marketing that's invisible to their own data. We fix that. As part of onboarding we set up Google Tag Manager, configure all your conversion actions in Analytics, link Search Console to your Ads account, and install call tracking. If you choose assisted onboarding, we handle all of it with you live. If you go self-guided, we walk you through every step.

What if I don't have Google Analytics or Search Console set up, or my agency won't give me access?

It happens more than you'd think, and there are workarounds for both situations. If you don't have Google Analytics, we can set up a fresh account and start measuring from day one. You won't have historical data, but you'll have clean, accurate data moving forward. Same with Search Console: as long as you have access to your domain registrar, it's a straightforward fix. If your agency controls your accounts and isn't cooperating, that's a conversation worth having. Your data belongs to you. We can help you understand what access you should have and how to get it. In any of these situations, assisted onboarding is the right call. The fee is minimal compared to the time and frustration of trying to sort it out yourself, and you'll walk away with everything connected and working correctly from the start.

What if I don't have access to my website or old marketing accounts?

This is very common. Before we start the onboarding clock, we run a "Pre-Flight Check". If you are locked out of your Google Ads, WordPress, or Google Business Profile by an old agency, we will pause the main project and initiate a "Digital Asset Audit & Recovery" project to help you get your keys back.
